Eighteen percent said they could not resist the urge to check online messages while driving. This is a huge problem. Distracted driving kills a considerable number of people. - Pay Attention to Certain Health Conditions– Visiting a doctor regularly and doing proper risk assessments in your 20s will help you take preventative steps to lower the chances of certain diseases in the future. This should be considered especially if you have a family history of heart disease, diabetes or high blood pressure. Women should regularly do a breast self-exam for breast cancer risk if there is a genetic or family history.
